Advertising choices

Advertising is optional and separate from visitor analytics. With consent, MIQEAS requests non-personalized Google AdSense ads only on public guides, not in the planner, accounts or payments. Declining does not affect the service.

Google and participating partners may use cookies or local storage and process IP addresses, device details and page/ad activity for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, including outside Saudi Arabia. Non-personalized does not mean anonymous; Google's policies and privacy controls are available below.

Your advertising choice is stored for 90 days. Withdraw below to stop future requests; this does not erase data already processed by advertising providers.

1. Data we collect and why

We collect information you submit: contact and account details, relevant business or verification details, room measurements, designs, photos, models, product information, optional store locations and request/message contents. Browsers and service providers also supply session, technical, security and payment-status records, which may include connection details such as IP addresses. These support accounts, saved work, requested services, payments, support and abuse prevention.

2. Processing grounds and your choices

Processing relies on consent where required, agreements for services you request, and applicable legal obligations. Required fields are identified; withholding them may prevent the related account, request or feature. Uploads, AI generation, visitor analytics and advertising are optional. Necessary browser storage and session cookies support preferences, local drafts and sign-in. Information is not reused for an incompatible purpose except as permitted by law.

3. Providers, AI and overseas processing

Vercel, Turso and Neon provide hosting, storage or database services; Resend supports service email. Payment information is shared with the provider identified at checkout. Opening a Google map connects to Google. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

When you request realistic images, OpenAI receives the selected plan, furniture references and any room photo you attach. Optional automated furniture-model generation sends selected product photos and reference inputs to Tripo. Upload only content you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary personal details. AI outputs are illustrative.

These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia, including on US-hosted services. Applicable Saudi requirements for transfers and data protection apply.

4. Public content and shared designs

Store profiles, products and locations you choose to publish can be visible publicly. A store may enable an unlisted design link: anyone holding it can view and edit that store-owned plan without an account. Changes update the store's design, not the visitor's saved designs. The link does not grant account or private image-archive access. The store can revoke it; share it only with intended recipients. The public designer directory is currently coming soon.

5. Visitor and technical analytics

Optional visitor analytics record a random browser ID, page category, visit time and, when signed in, account identity/type for authorised administrators. They exclude search, design and payment contents. Records are limited to 90 days; the controls above stop collection and request deletion of this browser's visits. Contact us about other devices.

Separate hosting/security logs and Vercel usage/speed metrics support website reliability. These Vercel usage/speed reports exclude query strings, fragments and private paths; turning off visitor analytics does not turn off these separate technical services.

6. Storage and deletion

Information is stored electronically with access controls. Local drafts stay in your browser; account-saved work is stored separately. Temporary image-generation sessions/results have a seven-day expiry; saved account images are separate. Existing designer inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 365 days of inactivity.

Delete a design through My designs to remove it and start cleanup of its saved images; clear local drafts in your browser. Request other personal-data deletion through the contact below. Account, order, payment and backup records are retained only as needed for their purpose or applicable legal requirements; deleting a design does not delete those separate records.

7. Your privacy rights

You may request information about processing, access, a readable copy, correction, completion, updating or destruction of your personal data, subject to legal conditions. Withdraw consent using the controls or contact below; earlier lawful processing and other lawful grounds remain unaffected. We may verify your identity. Requests are handled without delay and within 30 days, with up to 30 additional days only where permitted and notified in advance with reasons. Privacy complaints may also be submitted to SDAIA through the National Data Governance Platform.

8. Website use, services and consumer rights

The 3D library supports discovery and planning, not direct furniture sales. Verify product details and measurements with the supplier; plans and AI images are not structural or engineering approval. Publish only content you have permission to use.

Before accepting a paid service or offer, review its supplier, scope, total price and applicable charges, term, delivery timing, payment and cancellation conditions. Store plans and image/model-credit packs currently use contact-based offers and confirmed activation, with no automatic renewal. Payment status and refunds are confirmed through the relevant provider. Previously agreed order terms are not rewritten by this policy update.

Applicable Saudi cancellation, refund and non-conformity rights remain protected, including qualifying seven-day cancellation without use or benefit and cancellation for performance delayed beyond 15 days or the agreed period, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. Request cancellation, refunds or service complaints through the contact below; commercial complaints may also be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce.
